We at AxÖ Consulting are now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients in Linköping. The assignment means that you will be part of an engaged and competent HR Business Partner team within one of the client's business areas. Together with managers and leaders, you will contribute to creating a workplace where people thrive, develop, and perform – and where HR is a clear enabler of the business.

As an HR Business Partner consultant, you are a key person in the work of people excellence and actively contribute to the continued business success of the organization.

About the Assignment

In the role of HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the management teams of the business area to understand strategic goals, drivers, and how these are translated into organization and employee engagement. You take a holistic perspective and have the ability to go from strategy to concrete action.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Leading, supporting, and coaching managers in issues such as performance management, talent management, and leadership development
• Driving and supporting change work related to organization, working methods, and culture
• Contributing to attracting, developing, and retaining the right competence for both current and future needs
• Working closely with other HR colleagues to implement the people strategy in practice

You will be part of the business area's HR Business Partner team of about 20 people and work daily in a smaller team focused on a specific business unit. The client is characterized by an inclusive and collaborative culture where knowledge sharing, engagement, and innovation are encouraged.

Qualifications

To be considered for the assignment, we see that you have:

• 3–7 years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner, preferably from an organization with a clear business and results focus
• Experience working closely with or as part of a management team
• Solid competence in change management, leadership development, employee engagement, and strategic competence supply
• Very good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• Experience in People Analytics is an advantage

The client is geographically dispersed, which means that travel is required for the assignment. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
